| | Diagnosed a bad plug today |  Sat Jul 04, 2009 6:50 am by cherryz | Seriously thought it was another bad injector, so dove in this afternoon expecting to do a dremel job on #5. After getting the balance tube off and clearing away the fuel lines to get to the injector, I tested the injector before going any further and.... lo and behold it tested good at 11 ohms!
Well, that was the good news, now had to figure out what was causing my total miss on ...

| Need a set of injectors | | Mon Mar 30, 2009 2:24 am by cherryz | Since I lost one injector, I'm anticipating that the others will begin to fall one by one.
I'd rather just put new injectors in (vs. used) though might consider "slightly" used.
Question is... For NA, any reason to go with 555's or just stick w. 370's?

| Help pls idk what is wrong with my z | | Sun May 24, 2009 7:33 am by mypearlZ | ok i had my friend change the water pump. and then the car doesnt want start all it does is crank. so we get is to start after bunch of kick starts. works for a few days and does the same thing again. and all it does is crank. i tried puting some fuel injector cleaner in and it didnt work. ANY IDEAS GUYS

| Still stumbling | | Fri May 01, 2009 10:11 pm by cherryz | Motor ran fine for a few weeks after getting the injector replaced, but now I have intermittent stumbling at low RPMs and I can feel misfires while holding constant RPMs (interstate driving).
Any ideas on what could be causing intermittent misfires? This is more frustrating than a dead injector which at least you can pinpoint to a specific cylinder. An intermittent misfire is, well....

| Leaking AshSpec MASSIVE intercooler. A few questions. | | Sun Apr 19, 2009 1:14 pm by rojoloco | I'm bummed. I had tested my MASSIVE's that got into an accident (on my old Z) and didn't hear any leaks so I was stoked. I am supposed to be installing them tomorrow. I cupped my hand over one end and my mouth on the other end and blew but now I hear a leak in one of them. It is a small leak but it still exists. I don't see a hole on either face and am afraid it is coming from the middle area....
