2000 rpm for buffing, 1200 rpm for polishing Very Happy

i worked as a detailer for 2 years in a body shop. the best way to learn is by just doing it. practice on a junkyard door or something. keep the pad flat on the panel.

we used 3M. it was a 3 stage system; buffing compound, polish, and swirl mark remover.
